Transparent watercolor



I found a watercolor on 300# paper in the closet.    It was painted years ago and entered in a show at FMBAA.   The truth is the painting was a disaster but as I looked at it, I could see some potential if I would cut our certain sections and reworked them, enhanced them so to speak.   I cut this from the lower left corner.    Using negative painting, I repainted and strengthened the colors, especially the background, to emphasis the three birds.
