I started this painting by pushing Golden Paste through a dot painting.    When that was dry, I  painted the cardinal and the branch, then the background.     The following week, I took a workshop with  Eydi Lampasona.   She asked me to bring the painting and the black webbing spray and we put it on during the workshop session.    I think it added a little variety and interest.   To complete the painting, I added a Golden Satin Varnish.
