watercolor with gesso

I painted this painting a long time ago. It didn't sell, so I just tossed it on a shelf in my closet. Finding it, I decided to add some gesso. I put a small amount of gesso on the paper and used a credit card to spread it until it reminded me of a veil for her hat.
